Overview
Mèha-lêfî Bî was founded durring the late 12th century in fall of the year 1060, by Glilîb Tresí. The establishment of Mèha-lêfî Bî was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Glilîb Tresí electing to pay people to resettle in Mèha-lêfî Bî.
Mèha-lêfî Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Mèha-lêfî Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Mèha-lêfî Bî is buildings are grouped arround an odd layout of premissive cobblestone streets, which seems to be based on an overlapping squair patern such that there are small squares at the cornor of every bigger square. Sometimes buildings exist in the smaller squaires, other times they are open spaces, or occupied by temporary structures. The town is the proud owner of a thick set of fortified walls fashioned from querried stone blocks. While not up to snuff for a fort or castle wall, the town's walls are naturaly much larger than those of forts or castles. Therefore, the construction such a wall is most expencive. Mèha-lêfî Bî's buget focused wall would serve its community well in battle in spite of looking unimpressive compared to castles and fortresses. Mèha-lêfî Bî's top tier civilian fortifications are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.
Mèha-lêfî Bî is, in a word, disorder. People seem to be allowed to do as they please with little harmoney to anything. It feels less like a town, and more like a spot people just happened to place their homes. Yet there are small elements here and there which show the underlying structure of the community. It’s just so complex, organic, and flowing one can only understand what is a piece of the puzzle, but not what its neighbors are.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Mèha-lêfî Bî was attacked by organized criminals with significant wealth and power. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Mèha-lêfî Bî lost 207 people, 399 livestock, and 62 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 74, when members of Mèha-lêfî Bî's militia enacted an operation to scout a specific location for information about the enemy. The operation was complicated by a trusted officer who turned traitor and defects. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in defeat for Mèha-lêfî Bî's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Mèha-lêfî Bî's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
